Due to a website renovation, the Brown Electronic Article Review Service was offline for many months. But it's back now.

It's really just an archive now, but it has some good stuff and I know people want to cite it and even assign articles in their classes — in fact, that's how we found out it was unaddressable.

We're sorry for the irritation, and sorry it took so long to fix, too. Think of it as a seasonally confused hibernation.
