Comments are now moderated

Unfortunately, due to our spam filter woes and TypePad’s inability to resolve them, we are switching (at least, temporarily) to moderated
comments. This means that comments will not appear on this blog until the author has approved them. Authors will be alerted by email whenever there is a new comment awaiting approval. If anyone continues to have problems with their comments being erroneously tagged as spam, or if anyone encounters some new problems, please alert one of the editors.
